45 minutes

A low-impact, full-body workout that combines ballet-inspired moves with Pilates and strength training. This class focuses on small, controlled movements to strengthen and lengthen muscles, improve posture, and increase flexibility.

Classic Barre

45 minutes

A high-energy fusion of barre and cardio designed to get your heart pumping while sculpting your entire body. This class blends fast-paced, ballet-inspired movement with bursts of low-impact cardio to boost endurance, burn calories, and build strength.

Expect upbeat music, continuous movement, and a serious sweat—without sacrificing form or grace. All levels welcome, modifications offered.

Cardio Barre

45 minutes

A dynamic, full-body workout that combines classic barre with strength training. You'll hold light to moderate weights for most of the class, with short weight breaks to reset. This format is designed to build lean muscle, improve endurance, and boost total-body strength—all while maintaining the control and flow of traditional barre.

Ideal for anyone ready to add more resistance and intensity to their barre practice.

Barre Strength

60 minutes

This 60-minute class blends 45 minutes of classic barre with 15 minutes of restorative stretching. The first half focuses on toning, strength, and posture through ballet-inspired, low-impact movement. Then, ease into deep, mindful stretches designed to release tension and support recovery. There’s a short transition between sections, so you’re welcome to head out after barre if you’re short on time.

Barre + Restore

45 minutes

A mindful, full-body workout that strengthens your core, improves posture, and enhances flexibility. Through controlled movements and focused breathing, Pilates helps you build balanced strength and body awareness—supporting your health and wellness journey at any fitness level.

Pilates

45 minutes

Yoga classes will be added in the future. Barre + Restore is a good alternative to Yoga in the mean time.
