Sculpt & Stretch

60-minute class: 45 minutes of classic barre for toning, strength, and posture, followed by 15 minutes of restorative stretching to release tension and aid recovery. Short transition—leave after barre if time is short. Ideal for moving then melting into calm.

A low-impact, full-body workout blending ballet-inspired moves with Pilates and strength training. Small, controlled movements strengthen and lengthen muscles, improve posture, and boost flexibility. Perfect for all fitness levels.

Dynamic full-body barre with added strength training. Hold light to moderate weights through most of the class, with brief breaks to reset. Builds lean muscle, endurance, and total-body power while keeping barre's signature control and flow. Great for those seeking more resistance and intensity in barre.
